Whistle Blowing

Whistle Blowing

Aik Moh Group treats whistleblowing on any questionable practices, impropriety, statutory non-compliance, or wrongdoing by staff seriously and expeditiously. This Whistleblowing Policy is intended to provide a framework to promote responsible and secure whistleblowing without fear of adverse consequences.

Employees or External Parties may report any concern or complaint regarding questionable accounting or auditing matters, internal controls, disclosure matters, conflict of interest, insider trading, collusion with competitors, serious breaches of Group policy, unsafe work practices, or any other matters involving fraud, corruption, and employee misconduct. Such whistle-blowing cases can be reported directly to the Top Management, via the Whistle Blowing Form below.

Aik Moh will ensure that reports by employees or external parties of such matters to the Top Management, without fear of reprisal, discrimination, or adverse consequences. Employees who blow the whistle in good faith shall be protected against detrimental actions taken in reprisal such as discrimination, harassment, or victimisation. All matters reported will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe, and after due consideration and inquiry, a decision will be taken on whether to proceed with a detailed investigation including, but not limited to, disciplining or terminating the employment and/or services of those responsible.
